Dr. Dt. Mehmet Ali KARABEL was born in Kayseri in 1982. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 2007. In 2011, he began his doctoral studies in the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry at the same university. That same year, he left this department and began his doctoral studies in the Department of Orthodontics at Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry. He completed his specialization training between 2011 and 2016 at Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Orthodontics, with his thesis "Evaluation of the Effects of Diode Laser Use in Experimental Orthodontic Tooth Movements," receiving the title of "Doctor of Science in Orthodontics."

He has participated in various national and international congresses and training programs, and has a publication in an international journal titled "Evaluation of the effects of diode laser application on experimental orthodontic tooth movements in rats. Histopathological analysis". Following his education and specialization studies, he continues his career as a founding partner of the European Health Oral and Dental Health Clinic. His professional career as an Orthodontist focuses on wireless orthodontic treatment with Invisalign clear aligners, wired orthodontic treatment, orthognathic surgery, and the diagnosis and treatment of early-onset craniofacial anomalies. Parallel to his professional work, his interests include long-distance swimming, table tennis, horseback riding, and photography. He is a member of the Turkish Orthodontic Society, the Turkish Aligner Society, the Istanbul Chamber of Dentists, and the Turkish Dental Association. He speaks English and German.
